RighTel is the 3^rd largest mobile operator in Iran with a 4% market share of active subscribers in accordance to report 45^th of the Iranian regulatory authority, CRA. It was further the exclusive licensee for 3G network deployment at that time. I entered the company as Procurement manager to manage the 20 staff of the team to achieve the following:

1. Deploying a system of task management.
2. Deploying the Procurement Document Centre.
3. Deploying workflow management in our department.
4. Analyzing, designing and launching RighTel’s first inclusive and structured web-based contract management system currently in use.
5. Deploying Dynamics AX warehouse module for the management of the network equipment.
