MTNIrancell, a member of MTN Group, is the 2nd largest mobile operator in Iran with a 43% market share and 63 million active subscribers, according to the report 45th seasonal official report of the Iranian regulatory authority, CRA. Moreover, MTNIrancell ranks 2nd company for revenue among 22 members of the MTN Group and is a leading mobile operator in the Middle East. During my tenure at MTNIrancell, with a focus on diversifying our product portfolio, I successfully onboarded partners offering compelling B2B products, contributing to customer acquisition and revenue growth. Noteworthy projects included spearheading the connected car initiative with Renault, leveraging MTNIrancell SIM cards for seamless connectivity, which was halted later, and overseeing the implementation of the Smart Gas Meter, facilitating remote metering data readings through the NB-IoT network.
My contributions were recognized with the prestigious title of the best manager of the month three times, and was selected as the ambassador of engagement for the B2B department.
I take pride in the following additional achievements:
- Launching the initiative for the development of partnerships for sales and marketing of B2B products and services for the first time, which added sales partners (third parties) to our team.
- Drafting the best Operation Level Agreement (OLA) for the transactions between our department and the legal department.
- Developing and deployment of new partnership agreements.
- Improving the business model of the existing agreements.
