At MCI Iran (Hamrah-e-Aval), the largest mobile operator in Iran and a leading mobile operator in the Middle East, I took charge of the newly established B2B department with the objective of enhancing market share, revenue, and profitability. MCI Iran holds a 53% share of active subscribers in Iran, serving over 78 million subscribers daily through its extensive network of more than 20,000 mobile sites, as per the 45th seasonal official report from the Iranian regulatory authority, CRA. Notably, I took charge when the B2B department’s revenue exceeded 100 million pounds, showcasing my capability to drive growth in dynamic business environments.
